The stock secured loan requires no income verification, credit report or employment verification. The borrower must own eligible securities such as publicly traded stocks, mutual funds and fixed income securities that are publicly traded on major stock exchanges. The borrower retains beneficial interest in the pledged securities and retains all upside market appreciation and dividend and interest payments.

This is a non recourse loan, which means that the only asset the lender can reach if the loan goes into default are the securities that were originally pledged as collateral for the loan. The Lender cannot go after any personal or real estate assets of the borrower. In addition, the loan is not reported to credit bureaus and there is no adverse impact on the borrower's credit rating in the event of a default.
